Clontarf Hall student accommodation is located in City Centre, Limerick. It comprises of 16 units made up of 2 bedroom fully fitted apartments with a call out security number available on site. Each apartment has 2 single bedrooms, a main bathroom and a living room/ kitchenette which is fitted with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Rooms are available for the 51-week period academic year, from September to August

Electricity: All apartments are fitted with pre-pay Pinergy Power Meters which students are required to top up as to their requirements. Changing the ESB provider is not permitted.

Parking: Has a limited number of Underground Parking spaces for residents. Zapper Required. The fee for accessing the car parking facilities is €100 for the academic year, which is non-refundable.

To secure your room, a €400 booking fee must be paid online. Please note that this fee is refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided no damage has occurred to the apartment.
