Ashdown Village is situated in the convenient location of Courtbrack Avenue, which lies adjacent to Mary Immaculate College, just off the South Circular Road. It is in very close proximity to the city centre and all local amenities. Providing accommodation for over 200 students, our complex caters for students attending Mary I College.

Each apartment in the main block of Ashdown Village consists of 3 Single Rooms Without Ensuite and 1 Twin Sharing Room with Ensuite.

Each apartment in the commercial block of Ashdown Village consists of 1 Single Room Without Ensuite and 1 Twin Sharing Room without Ensuite.

Ashdown Village has a limited number of parking spaces available, and students are required to have a valid car parking permit to use these spaces. The permits are issued on a first come first serve basis. The fee for a parking permit is €50.00 (non-refundable), and they are issued once a year in September.
