What is PMI?
Established in 2001, PMI is a leading property services company in the Munster region, providing expert management in sales, lettings, tenancy, and block management across residential, student, and commercial properties.
We operate throughout Munster and surrounding regions, managing a broad portfolio across cities, towns, and university areas.

How do I report a maintenance issue?
You can report maintenance issues online, by email, or by phone. Our team will log and prioritise the request for prompt action.
Call our emergency number immediately. Out-of-hours assistance is available for urgent maintenance matters.
Rent can be paid via standing order, bank transfer, or through our secure online payment system.
If rent is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to resolve payment issues quickly and fairly.
All alterations must be approved in advance. Please contact your property manager before making any changes.
Written notice must be provided in line with your lease agreement. We’ll confirm the notice period and assist with your check-out process.
